During this COVID-19 pandemic, the Kalamazoo ARTisans studio is closed to the public. We are looking forward to the day when we can welcome our friends and fans back to the studio for Art Hop evenings and pottery classes. In the meantime, an appointment can be made with any of our individual artists to view their art at the studio with masks and social distancing.
ANNOUNCING!!!
SUNDAY CLAY FUNDAY
The Kalamazoo ARTisans are opening the studio to potters for a fun day of PLAYING WITH CLAY
Sunday, March 29th and/or April 19th from 1-4pm

Previous clay experience is required as this does not include instruction. Each potter will receive 3 - 2lb. balls of clay to create their favorite pots. Pots will be fired in the studio, glazed with a selection of studio glazes and available for pick up by appointment.
COST: $50 PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED --- inquire at stasevichj@aol.com
The ARTisans potters are available for private lessons and group classes. Contact stasevichjackie@gmail.com for information on class offerings.

Private Lessons
Kalamazoo ARTisans is a co-op pottery studio and some of our members will teach private pottery classes. The cost is determined by the teacher as it may involve their supplies but it usually is $40+ per session(which would be at least 2 hours of instruction). As this is a private lesson, the day and time is arranged by the teacher. We have the ability to teach handbuilding and wheel throwing techniques. We don't teach children unless their parents also participate.
